The Mantis X25 is our first ever 25 inch junior racket, crafted using the same high-quality materials as our professional range to deliver outstanding performance for young players. Designed to help children develop confidence, technique, and feel, it’s a junior frame built to support their future in tennis.

With performance identical across both models, the X25 is available in two distinct colour options, because we know looks matter to kids as much as playability. Each racket comes expertly strung & ready to play by our in-house stringer, Tom, ensuring consistent quality from the first hit.

THERMOCORE FUSION™

An advanced resin-infusion process designed to enhance structural uniformity and performance consistency throughout the racquet frame. By subjecting a proprietary resin system to extreme thermal conditions—surpassing 200°C—the resin is brought to a true fusion state during the layup phase of production.

This high-temperature activation enables carbon fibres and resin to bond with exceptional uniformity, significantly reducing microscopic voids and inconsistencies typically found in conventional racquet manufacturing. The result is a near-seamless composite structure.

The carbon fibre sheets—engineered to strict specifications—are strategically aligned by hand to control stiffness, flex, and torsional stability in each frame. This artisan approach allows for exact fibre orientation, ensuring the racquet’s mechanical properties are precisely tailored to performance expectations. Unlike mass-automated production lines, the manual lay-up guarantees alignment integrity and minimises material distortion or fibre misplacement.

Finishing specialists apply cosmetics using custom templates and controlled layering techniques, delivering both performance coatings and aesthetic precision.
